We arrange a meeting in my office so you can complete the booking form. This form gives me all the information I need regarding your wedding; eg venue, time of your wedding, your full names, contact details, parents names, bridal party, your wishes and vision for your ceremony etc. (this information assists me when we start to create your ceremony). I explain fully the creation of the ceremony process and give you an idea of what to do and when. I lend you a large book of material, containing a great number of options for every section a wedding ceremony is made up of. This is material I have collected, adapted or written myself. It is a very user friendly way of selecting and creating a beautiful personalised wedding ceremony that becomes uniquely yours. After you have made your ceremony choices, I put your ceremony in a draft format and return to you for fine tuning.

Should you wish to formally book my services and are residing too far away to meet with me; I will email you the booking form. On receipt of the completed booking form we then begin the process of creating your wedding ceremony. I have designed a very user friendly way for you to create your own uniquely personalised wedding ceremony via email with all the options/material accessible to you that are available to my local clients. Then same process repeats itself; I put your ceremony into draft and return to you for fine tuning; which means adding, deleting, trying other ideas, in short, making sure your ceremony is word perfect.
Note: To secure the booking I ask for a deposit of $100.00 with final payment on day of wedding rehearsal.
